More Than a Motorcycle Store — A Racing Legacy Since 1975

MotoMacia was born from a passion for motorcycles, competition, and a lifetime dedicated to motocross.

Our story began with Fernando Macia Sr., a Cuban-born motocross racer who moved to Venezuela in 1962. He began racing motocross in 1969 as a Yamaha rider and went on to become a Latin American Motocross Champion.

In 1975, with the support of Distribuidora Venemotos and its owner, Andrea Ippolito, Fernando Macia Sr. founded MotoMacia in Caracas, Venezuela. What started as a motorcycle business built by a racer soon became a trusted name among generations of riders and motorcycle enthusiasts.

The Next Generation

Fernando Macia Sr.’s passion for racing became a family legacy.

His son, Fernando “Oche” Macia, grew up surrounded by motorcycles, racing, and the MotoMacia tradition. Following in his father’s footsteps, he built his own successful racing career and became a Latin American Motocross Champion in 2001.

Two generations. The same passion. The same championship spirit.

From Caracas to Miami

MotoMacia remained active in Caracas for decades, serving the motorcycle community with knowledge gained not only behind the counter, but also on the racetrack.

In 2020, a new chapter began with the opening of MotoMacia’s Miami operation, bringing the family’s experience and racing heritage to the United States.

Today, MotoMacia continues to help riders find the right parts for their motorcycles, combining more than five decades of industry experience with the firsthand knowledge that can only come from a life spent racing.
